Retractable hand banners can be used as a mailer to announce a new program to potential students who cannot attend classes on campus. Low cost, easy to ship and fits in a standard large envelope. Banners can be used to announce reunions, graduation, new student acceptance or with hashtags for social media.

Blank retractable hand banners are the right option when you need a small quantity quickly or want to personalize each banner by hand. No printing lead time, no minimum print quantity; just white banners ready to write on.

Available in two sizes: 27.5" x 9.5" and 18" x 6.7". Write on one side with a permanent ink marker. Note that ink bleeds through the banner material, so only one side can be written on. A Sharpie works well; the ink marker is not included.

Blank banners are popular for birthday parties where each guest writes their own message, sports cheering sections where fans create individual signs, school and classroom activities, team bonding events, and contest giveaways. They're also useful for testing a design layout before committing to a full printed order.

Blank banners ship from the USA within one to two business days. They do not qualify for free shipping (free shipping applies to printed orders only).

The mini retractable hand banner at 18" x 6.7" is compact enough to fit inside any standard college admission mailing alongside the acceptance letter, financial aid information, and housing forms without adding bulk or requiring special packaging.

For a prospective student opening an acceptance packet, the banner is a tangible expression of belonging. It's something to put on a desk, hold up in a photo, or bring to a campus visit. Compared to a sheet of paper or a promotional card, it's something students actually keep.

The banner shown here is printed in 4-color process on both sides, which means full-color school photography, mascot illustrations, and brand colors can all be included. One side for the welcome message, one side for a spirit phrase or hashtag.

For schools mailing to hundreds or thousands of accepted students, the cost per banner is low and shipping is free on all printed orders to one US location. Minimum order is 100 banners. Artwork design is free.
